Kelsey's Room

Okay, we are pretty much finished with her room. There are still some other little touches that we'd like to add. But for the most part, we are finished. Here are the pictures with short explanations. (Okay, I can't get them in the order I would like...so you won't get the big picture. But, here they are.)

Dresser with eyelet lamp. Check out the new hazelnut shag carpet in the room. Thanks dad!

Closet....Rusty did a great job with the closet organizers.

This is her light switch cover. There are 2 different types of electrical covers further down in the posting.

Baby bed, large front window and her name.

Baby bed, side window and her name, again. Her wall border is white with an eyelet punched out edge.

Window valence with white shears. The valence matches the baby bedding...white eyelet.

This is her closet doors. At this time, the decorative dresses are hanging on the closet doors. But, they will probably be moved to the wall at some point before she comes home.

This is her ceiling light! Don't you just love it. It's a flourescent light...about 26" across. So, it's very big. But, adorable!

This is her hutch with her changing pad. The pink build-a-bear is going to be sent in her care package next week. Rusty and I recorded our voices on the voice box placed inside the bear. There will be more to come on her care package so check back later.

Here are her electrical outlets. There are 4 in the room, two of each. As of right now, 3 of the 4 outlets are actually covered up by furniture. But, they are cute...even if you can't really see them.
